Heal From Within – Balancing Your Energy For Overall Wellness

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until October 26, 2022
Join EnergyTouch practitioner, Janet Southall, for this 6-week class where she will guide participants through education, relaxation, guided meditation and practices to achieve overall mental and physical wellness by balancing the energy systems of the body.
