Jacqueline is a dedicated mental health professional with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults on their journey toward healing, growth, and overall well-being. She believes in honoring the unique experiences, strengths, and needs of each individual and takes a personalized, client-centered approach to care. 

Throughout her career, Jacqueline has worked with clients navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), trauma-related challenges, and difficulties with emotional regulation. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can deepen self-awareness, build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and foster meaningful change. Jacqueline creates a collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to create lasting positive change.   

Jacqueline utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to help clients develop effective coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Her client-centered approach focuses on fostering resilience, building on individual strengths, and empowering clients to reach their treatment goals.

Throughout her career, Jacqueline has worked with individuals and families involved with child welfare systems and those experiencing complex psychosocial needs. She has provided community-based services, coordinated care for high-risk populations, and supported clients navigating significant life challenges. This diverse experience enables her to effectively support clients from a variety of backgrounds and stages of life. Known for her compassionate, respectful, and accepting approach, Jacqueline is committed to helping individuals achieve greater balance, connection, and fulfillment in their lives.

Outside of her professional role, Jacqueline enjoys spending time at the beach, maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness and exercise, and creating meaningful memories with her family. She believes that self-care, balance, and strong personal connections are important components of overall well-being and  brings that perspective into her work with clients.
